If you have balloted online for a weekend time before, click-on the Ballot Buttons below to jump directly to the appropriate Ballot form.  If you haven't - PLEASE READ BELOW - THERE ARE DIFFERENCES AS COMPARED TO PAPER BALLOTS!

1. Ballots are treated equally, whether they were filled out in the Pro-Shop or on the Web Page.  Ballots will be collected once each week, on Wednesday afternoon at 3PM (this is sooner than paper ballots, to ensure all web submissions are captured from the site in time for the draw).

2. Web-Ballots filled-in later than 3PM on the Wednesday preceding the weekend will be too late, and you will not get a tee time for the upcoming weekend.

3. As of midnight each Wednesday, all ballots received for the week (whether through the web, or on paper) will be discarded, and balloting for the following weekend can start on Thursday morning. 

4. To ensure accuracy in web balloting, Submit your Ballot(s) one day at a time:

eg. push "Submit Saturday Ballot", and you will see your confirmation for Saturday...then return to this Weekend Ballot page before filling out and submitting your Sunday Ballot, then Holiday Ballot, and so on.....
